The NADA protocol is an ear acupuncture protocol that involves the gentle placement of up to 5 small sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear. The protocol was originally developed in the 1970s as an adjunct therapy to help people in addiction recovery, and now the protocol is administered globally across a variety of settings as an adjunct therapy in the treatment of stress and emotional trauma as well.
This simple and effective treatment has been shown to promote the following benefits in recipients:
- Increased calmness, improved sleep, and less agitation
- Relief from stress and emotional trauma
- Reduced cravings and withdrawal symptoms associated with systemic detox
- A sense of inner quiet and resolve
Traditionally recipients sit quietly in a group setting for 30-40 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect. Join Hillary Wells MS, L.Ac for a NADA healing experience set in the soothing sanctuary of our beautiful salt cave.
