Massage
From Swedish massage to sports work, manual lymphatic drainage, and Feldenkrais, our therapists bring decades of combined experience to every session.
Frances Burke — massage therapist, since 2006
Frances is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of NYC. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and holds national and international certifications. Trained in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and prenatal/perinatal massage, she’s also an advanced Reiki practitioner.
Her treatments blend medical massage, sports massage, and energy work — aimed at making muscles more functional, increasing range of motion, relieving stress, and energizing body and mind.
Christin Harvey — massage therapist & Feldenkrais practitioner
Christin has practiced massage in NY for over 25 years, graduating from the Helma Institute of Massage Therapy in 1996 with training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, reflexology, acupressure, and aromatherapy. Many of her clients have booked with her weekly for two decades.
In 1999 Christin was introduced to the Feldenkrais method – also known as “Awareness Through Movement”. She began a four-year training program and now often pairs the two modalities to treat back, neck, and shoulder pain, TMJ pain, sciatica, sports injuries, scoliosis, and even Parkinson’s or stroke recovery.
Jody Polevoy — lymphatic drainage & massage therapy
Jody is a mind-body healing practitioner with more than 25 years of experience, holding a BA from Columbia and an MSW from Hunter College. She’s a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and certified in Manual Lymph Drainage from the MLD Institute International.
MLD is a light-touch massage that stimulates lymphatic flow, helping decrease swelling, remove toxins, and support the body’s natural detox process — a popular choice both pre- and post-surgery. Most clients find it deeply relaxing.
