Lisa LaCava – Reiki Master/IET® Master Instructor
Lisa first became interested in energy work in 2012. Her desire to gain more knowledge of energy as a mode of healing led her to create her own intuitive healing practice. As her passion and dedication to helping others grew, she was guided to formalize her work and became a Reiki practitioner in 2013 and subsequently a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2014. Because of her love of learning and guiding clients to their transformation and healing, she was compelled to learn and offer Integrated Energy Therapy® in 2015 and became an IET® Master Instructor in 2021.
Reiki is a gentle non-invasive, hands on method of energy healing. Reiki reduces stress, dissolves energy blockages, helps manage physical discomfort and enhances and normalizes function in all systems restoring balance and harmony and promoting the relaxation response. IET® healing is believed to “get the issues out of tissues”, as it creates healing and change on a cellular level. It identifies and releases deeply suppressed feelings and core cellular memories. Both healing modalities release energy blocks that limit health, life purpose, and creativity.
Lisa provides a healing experience that is truly exceptional as she brings in the use of her intuitive gifts as well as crystals; however, each session is uniquely tailored to the needs of the client. Sessions promote a natural balance and overall well being of mind, body and spirit, through a sacred healing.
Chakra Balancing –
There are 7 main chakras which are energy centers that correlate to specific organs and physical systems along with emotions, mental ability and spirituality. Lisa senses and checks each chakra to discern which chakras need healing and balancing. She then uses crystals and affirmations to assist each chakra to a balanced and open state.
