I have to change my review from 5 to 2 stars. When I went in today I was with one other customer (a male) who was lying down on the floor and wriggling around. This was a first for me. I felt extremely tense and left because I would not have been able to relax. When I came out (maybe 5 minutes into the session), the owner asked what the problem was and when I told her she just blew me off. No comment, not a word. She went on talking to another customer. It was an unpleasant experience for me all around.(12/17/25)

I love the benefits of the salt cave, and the owner is pleasant and upbeat. Highly recommend! (September 2025)

Found this place driving by one day and I'm so glad I did ☺️, such a welcoming environment, I booked myself a massage with Frances and it was the best massage I've ever had and I've had many . I suffer with migraines and it has helped me so much I've been back every week since , the most amazing experience. Thank you so much Francis

Beautiful salt cave. Owner Sheryl explained how everything works, gave us blankets. It was so restful and relaxing. We also had a group sound healing session there for a friends birthday and it was so wonderful. I would highly recommend.
